To review your report, we need enough details to match the usage record and understand what failed. You're welcome to include multiple related issues in one request — please separate each issue clearly. A screenshot of the Usage Details page is required for every affected request. We'll review each report and follow up individually.
Use the email tied to your Teable account so we can find the right account and follow up if needed.

Space ID
Enter the Space ID for the workspace where this happened. You can find it in Settings -> Space -> General

Product Area
Select the product area affected by this request. If more than one area is involved, choose all that apply and describe each issue separately below.
*App URL / App ID
For App Builder issues, paste the app URL from your browser. The /app/{appId} part helps us find the affected app.
What happened?
Please describe what happened, including where the AI stopped, failed, or used credits unexpectedly. If this request includes multiple related issues, separate them into short sections so we can review each one.
What did you expect?
Tell us what you expected to happen instead. This helps us understand whether the issue was a platform failure, a repeatable product bug, or normal AI output quality.
